All credit card information is collected at the check-out stage by our SSL-secured payment processor. Your credit card number is never accessible to us. It is only available to our 3rd Party Processors.

Call-In or Mail-In Payment Policy

We also accept mail-in payments if you do not wish to use our internet payment system. If the payment is by personal or company check, the check must clear the bank before the order can be shipped. You can check the status of any order by logging into your account ( click on "My Account" at the top of this page).

Billing/Shipping Information

We do collect your name, address, and other contact information that is necessary for providing our services and products (otherwise how would we ever be able to ship you your order). This information is stored in a protected database and treated as sensitive information. WE WILL NOT sell this information to any third parties nor give this information out except as may be required by law enforcement officials.

Passwords

Your user password, should be maintained as confidential and should not be shared with anyone or distributed or disclosed to third parties.
