How do I know you are a reputable company?
These days fly-by-night internet companies can no longer survive on the Web.

We back this up with our 100% guarantee. However if you feel that you did not get
satisfaction from us, you can contact our 3rd party payment processor
to mediate any dispute.
Our 3rd party processor's policies are:
- If a customer is dissatisfied with a product that he/she has ordered, the supplier (that's us)
should accept the product back and grant a refund where applicable. However a supplier may specify that shipping and handling charges are not refundable (In our case we DO include a refund of the shipping and handling charges. Check out our 100% guarantee).
- If a customer claims that a product was never received, the customer will be given a refund unless the supplier can show proof of delivery.
If you are still dissatisfied you can also press the issue with your credit card company and
request a charge back or forced refund. However most chargeback request occur because someone else fraudulently used a card number before the abuse had been discovered or reported. Statistically chargeback disputes occur on less than 1% of all online transactions.
Is my credit card information safe?
TangoCD.com never sees your credit card number. It is processed only on the secure servers of our 3rd party payment processor (
2CO.com).
